Refund and Cancellation Policy:

 

At Blue Door Studios, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit to confirm studio sessions, which can be used to reschedule a project/session on one occasion with a 24-hour notice. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project and before the release of the final product. If you're not satisfied with the final product, we offer up to two rounds of revisions. In the rare event that we can't meet your satisfaction, we will provide you with the unedited project files.

Deposits: The deposit is payable only through electronic payment options such as Zelle, Venmo, and ACH. We may require a varying deposit rate for other types of projects.

Payment Methods: We accept cash or electronic payment for all payments other than the deposit, which must be made through electronic payment options. Please note that our studio sessions require a minimum booking of two hours but can be split. You can specify this on the form when booking.
